Roy Webb is a musician, pianist, former member of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound who spent years on the road touring, enjoyed financial success, played the White House, won awards but then decided it wasn't for him and went back into the corporate world and he couldn't be happier. We talk about some of the reasons he left the road and why working a day job is better for him. I had a good time hanging with Roy talking about the music business and hearing his story, which is the opposite of most stories on this show in regards to careers. Enjoy.

Today's episode is mostly about my sons. I've got two and one on the way. I share a hilarious story about something my three year is saying these days.  I talk about sharing the stage with my oldest son for the first time this past weekend. He's a great guitarist and at 13, he has years to develop and grow. Can't imagine what he'll sound like in 5 years. There's a clip of the show as well. Enjoy.
